I've lost 10lbs since I started MIM. Last week I touched my toes for the first time in years.

On April 1, with the snow and ice disappearing, I started riding my bicycle to work again. It's so much more fun than driving a car!

I am thrilled that I have managed to keep up with my goals despite a heavy commitment to two elderly parents in need of much time-consuming support.

I was in such a slump this winter. My whole body ached just from getting out of bed in the morning. Now I feel so much better. I have more energy and am less tired.

My younger daughter has been extremely ill since Easter. Her 7 year old son is a terror on wheels that I have never been able to keep up with. Since I have been exercising almost daily, my stamina has increased and I have been able to take him for weekends to let his mom rest and regain her strength. To me, this has been a wonderful result of MIM. Thank you.

I have been able to connect with my co-workers during outside walks at lunch time.

Gets me to play more with my kids knowing it counts towards activity for the day.

Inspired me to commit to a goal and not make excuses not to exercise.

I had a stress test done the end of March. My doctor was very impressed at the tremendous improvement I made. He said it was very rare for someone to improve from one test to another. He said that whatever I was doing, to keep it up. This program was the motivating factor, thank you!

I have lost 11 pounds! I am also watching less TV and eating healthier foods everyday.

A great sense of team effort - especially towards personal health! That has been so valuable and motivating at the same time!

It's self-directed and non-competitive. I work at my own pace. Even the small achievements are successes and valued. It makes me want to push on.

Having the support of my employer is a good feeling.

It has helped me to keep in touch with old friends & to exercise together.

I'm energized with this program.

Getting into shape a lot faster then I have ever done before. That's great, I love it and it motivates me.

I have gotten away from the idea that moderate or vigorous activity has to be done at the gym.

It is nice that there are other people being conscious of their health and exercise habits with me.
